Learn to Meditate Class. Join me for a four week class to learn to quiet your mind, increase your sense of peace and calm and to explore your inner worlds. I will start with basics and guided meditations and work from there. Class will be held in Sparrows Point from 7 to 9 on Tuesdays for 4 weeks.

Class size is limited to 6 so sign up promptly.

Class fee is $20.00 per class - payment in full for the four classes receives a discount - $75.00
